Our Project Management Office (PMO) is a centralized supportive and coordinating body that serves as the authority and focal point for Project Management practices across NewWave. We are an organization comprised of highly qualified experts certified Project Management Professionals (PMPs) who are markedly knowledgeable and insightful in every aspect, division and discipline of project management. Our team of professionals assists other Project Managers throughout NewWave (as well as our clients) in implementing and maintaining a sound Project Management discipline, encompassing a standardized set of principles, practices, methodologies, tools, and techniques. Complementing our teams’ expertise are their high levels of flexibility, innovation, and communication, allowing them to keep the most challenging and complex projects on track.
