As Newwave’s Vice President of Delivery Services, Frank Gorton leads delivery service efforts and provides strategic and tactical leadership encompassing release management, agile workflow standardization, technical management and business analysis to support Newwave’s mission of utilizing tomorrow’s technology to create effective solutions for the greater good.
With more than 23 years of experience supporting both commercial and government clients from AOL to CMS, Frank has built strong, high-performing teams that utilize technology to plan and deliver continuous improvement and exceed customer expectations. Frank’s leadership style stems from his focus on always delivering more than expected and having measurable goals to keep himself and his teams motivated.
Before joining Newwave, Frank supported the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) for 11 years and worked extensively on Healthcare.gov. Prior to CMS, Frank led Client Services for Monster by managing their strategic accounts teams as well as led global development teams building solutions at AOL. Over his career, Frank has helped develop solutions for a variety of clients including Kellogg’s, Crayola, John’s Hopkins, USPS, Associated Press, Mayo Clinic, and Regent Hotels. Frank holds a bachelor’s in information systems from the University of Baltimore and a number of industry certifications including PMP, CSM, CSPO, SSM, as well as a SAFe Agilest certification.
