Corporate Compliance Designed to Encourage Ethical Conduct in All Areas
NewWave’s Division of Corporate Compliance oversees the following workgroups and service areas: Compliance & Ethics, NewWave’s Quality Management Office (QMO), Earned Value Management (EVM), Pricing, Solutions Delivery Office (SDO), Project Management Office (PMO), Contracts, and the management of NewWave subcontract staff.
The DCC is responsible for leading all project, process, and quality management disciplines within NewWave by instilling procedures, policies, and guidelines to support all projects and functional areas. NewWave’s DCC provides training, mentoring, and directs compliance procedures to support efficient product and service delivery across the company.
Project Management Office (PMO)
NewWave’s Project Management Office support our project managers identify, manage, and eliminate risk so projects can successfully deliver quality results. As a company that emphasizes building cross-functional teams to tackle specific challenges, NewWave executes projects through the principles of agile software development. We create a work environment where internal and external teams can plan, develop, and deliver successful solutions to our clients, and ensure their continual improvement. In keeping with these principles, we are practitioners of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) systems thinking and methods, which bring together multiple agile teams in the pursuit of “lean” product development.

NewWave’s robust quality management program ensures our portfolio of work reflects NewWave’s commitment to quality compliance throughout all stages of the program lifecycle. Our Office of Quality Management guides NewWave’s project managers by reviewing and monitoring all program procedures and providing quality management input to coordinate and drive program improvement across the company.
