At NewWave, we are committed to solving for the greater good. Our employees are our greatest assets and we invest in their growth and development to provide them with the tools they need to tackle the toughest technical challenges and put emerging technology to work for our customers. We are a diverse, ever expanding team with employees in Maryland, Iowa, Mississippi, Boston, Montreal, and India.
Introducing NewWave’s Technical Intern Program
As part of our Talent Development program, NewWave is proud to offer a Technical Internship program, in which we are honored to work with the rising stars of our industry. These students share our passion for technology and quality healthcare, while also embracing the innovation and growth mindset necessary for success. Our vision is to promote NewWave’s core values of diversity and innovation through the professional development of students with training, challenging work assignments, mentorship, encouragement, and support. We provide our interns with a well-rounded, professional development experience which includes direct, hands-on opportunities to develop skills working with cutting edge technologies (such as Looker, Databricks and Snowflake) which provide our customers with data driven solutions. Many of our past interns have stayed on as full-time employees with challenging and rewarding careers once they graduate.

Creating New Opportunities for Learning During COVID-19
The safety and health of our NewWave employees is a top priority for us and we take the challenges and concerns of COVID-19 seriously. As a testimony to this, NewWave’s employees have been working remotely since March 2020. NewWave is able to fully support our interns and provide a complete experience, with options to transition to limited on-site and hybrid participation when it is safe to do so. Our interns have the opportunity to build relationships and be mentored by senior members of NewWave’s leadership team through fun, creative virtual events. As a Gold Microsoft Managed Partner, we leverage modern collaboration tools (like Microsoft Teams!) along with cloud-based development environments to ensure seamless integration, productivity, and communication between the interns and our project teams.
Welcome to our upcoming class of 2020 interns. Thank you for your hard work, determination, and innovative contributions!
