As a Systems Integrator (SI) for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) Center for Innovation (CMMI), NewWave orchestrated the first and largest instance of Azure in the Department of Health and Human Services through the Microsoft Azure for Government Cloud.
Through our integrative partnership with Microsoft, NewWave had the opportunity to initiate bringing Databricks Unified Data Analytics platform into Azure as a new managed service within the Microsoft Azure for Government Cloud. Working closely with Microsoft, NewWave directed the migration, implementation and optimization of CMMI’s legacy and on-premise data sources across the full data lifecycle to provide a secure and reliable experience for CMMI stakeholders.
